THE FOUNDER’S STORY I used to work in admissions and marketing for an educational system. That was a valuable time when I had the chance to meet hundreds of parents — all of whom were on a challenging journey to find the right school for their children. They carried with them countless concerns and worries: “Is this school safe?”, “What are its core educational values?”, “Will my child be respected and supported to grow according to their own potential?”. I was sitting on the school’s side — always trying to communicate our values, to get parents to visit, listen, and believe in us. But then I realized, even something as seemingly simple as getting parents to come visit a school could be a huge challenge. Why? Because information is scattered. Because parents don’t have a reliable starting point for their journey. And that’s exactly how the idea for Esearch was born. ESEARCH – A BRIDGE BETWEEN PARENTS AND SCHOOLS I didn’t create Esearch to chase technology trends or launch a “startup” just for the sake of it. I founded Esearch because I deeply understood the pain on both sides: schools need to be discovered by parents, and parents don’t know where to begin. Today, Esearch is a platform that helps Vietnamese parents search, compare, and connect with schools across Vietnam. Looking ahead, we aim to serve the growing expat community in Vietnam — from countries like South Korea, Japan, China, and English-speaking nations. These families face similar, if not greater, challenges due to language and cultural barriers. Beyond that, we’re building an ecosystem for both local and international investors who are interested in Vietnam’s education sector. “I believe education cannot grow sustainably without connection — between learners, schools, and the wider community. Esearch may not solve every problem, but at the very least, we are building a bridge that connects what matters most: connection.”
